VEX 5 competitive kits that will expand the robotics classroom curriculum. Using the VEX V5 material, the Vex Robotics Team will be able to engage in many STEM Labs and competitions, which would be hundreds of hours of instruction. VEX V5 robots are also eligible for local, state, and national competitions which would provide valuable learning opportunities for our students.

The Flashforge 3D printers will offer students the ability to experience their school projects go from the model stage to the actual creation of their model. A Swell machine allows the VI/OM teacher to modify materials for visually impaired(VI) students. “The Swell Form machine…is a simple, fast and low-cost method of creating stunning tactile maps, diagrams, text and graphics.” For students in Functional Academics and general education the machine will allow access to the same materials as their sighted peers.
